What makes a fingerprint scan to tell an employer?
A friend of mine was a crime when he was 17 years .. was not on the court case until it is 19 .. and was out of trouble, as EER. But his new job as a fingerprint scanner for the job were terminated. What does this mean helps to Search? And is it legal for an employer to fingerprint scans of their employees?
Fingerprints and background checks for small Employment are shown only if the person convicted was a crime. Absences are not employers. Juvenile must be sealed and will not be displayed at a Control, unless the person has been convicted as an adult. Once your fingerprints have been found, their status is now in the permanent file.
